Nuts, mixed, unsalted 20 grams

Cocoa powder, unsweetened 1 tablespoon (7 grams)
Chia seeds 4 tablespoons (24 grams)
Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon (3 grams)

Step 1

The night before breakfast, pour the almond milk into a bowl, add the chia seeds, honey and cocoa powder and stir well.

Step 2

Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3

The next morning, peel and slice the banana.

Step 4

Divide along with the nuts, coconut rind and sesame seeds over the pudding and enjoy!
