Peel and chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
Wash the zucchini, remove the ends and, using a spiralizer, cut spaghetti strands from it.
Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the minced meat and fry until loose. Then stir in the passata. Season with oregano, pepper and salt and let thicken slightly over low heat.
Meanwhile, heat the rest of the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini spaghetti in it for 1 to 2 minutes until soft. Season to taste with salt.
Scoop the zucchini spaghetti onto a plate, spread the bolognese sauce on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
