Chicken teriyaki with broccoli

Uncooked unpolished brown rice 75 grams
Chicken breast, unprepared 150 grams
Teriyaki sauce 35 grams
Olive oil (for frying) 1 tablespoon (10 grams)
Broccoli 300 grams
Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon (3 grams)
Salt 1 pinch (1 gram)

Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package directions until tender.

Step 2

Cut the broccoli into florets and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.

Step 3

Dice the chicken.

Step 4

Heat the olive oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked.

Step 5

Pour in the teriyaki sauce, then add the broccoli and warm a little more.

Step 6

Serve with the rice and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
