Chicken breast with broccoli and rice

Gluten
 Uncooked unpolished brown rice 75 grams
Chicken breast, unprepared 175 grams
 Olive oil (for frying) 1 tablespoon (10 grams)
Broccoli 300 grams
 Salt 1 pinch (1 gram)

Step 1

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Step 2

Cut the broccoli into florets.and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast over high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.

Step 4

Turn the heat to low and cook the chicken breast for about 10 to 12 minutes until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Serve along with the broccoli and rice, enjoy!
