Omelet with oatmeal and spinach

Pepper (1 pinch)
Salt (1 pinch)
Spinach (150g)
Onion (0.5 pieces)
Olive oil (for frying) (1 tablespoon)
Egg (3 pieces)

Step 1

Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.

Step 2

Peel and chop the onion and fry for 2 minutes until translucent.

Step 3

Add the spinach, and let it wilt while stirring.

Step 4

Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl, and add in the oatmeal, pepper and salt.

Step 5

Pour the egg mixture over the spinach in the skillet and fry the omelet until solidified.

Step 6

Slide the omelet onto a plate and enjoy!
