Defrost the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. When thawed, cut the strawberries in half.

Place the coconut flour, apple juice, egg, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl and mix to make a smooth batter. Let batter stand for a few minutes.
Grease the waffle iron with a little oil.
Divide the batter between the waffle molds, close the waffle iron and bake the waffles for about 5 minutes. This time may vary from one waffle iron to another, check after about 4 minutes to see how the waffles look.
Carefully remove the waffles with a fork when done and place on a plate. Garnish with the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries and drizzle with the honey.
