Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package directions until tender.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and place them in a baking dish.
Chop the garlic and add that to the tomatoes. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, some pepper and Italian herbs. Drizzle with a little olive oil (for baking) and mix together. Put the baking dish in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, dice the chicken breast.
Heat the rest of the olive oil (for frying) a frying pan and fry the chicken in it until nicely golden brown and cooked.
Add to the pasta along with the spinach and heat until the spinach has shrunk.
Remove the tomatoes from the oven and spoon through the pasta. Season further with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Scoop the pasta onto a plate and enjoy!
