Cook the rice according to package directions.
Chop the garlic finely and cut the spring onion into rings.
Wash the bell bell pepper and cut into strips.
In a bowl, make a marinade with the soy sauce and garlic. Spoon in the beef strips and let marinate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into florets and cook for 7 to 8 minutes al dente.
Heat the olive oil in a wok or frying pan and briefly fry the beef strips.
Add the bell bell pepper and cauliflower and cook for a few minutes.
Spoon the rice and beef strips with vegetables onto a plate and garnish with the spring onion and sesame seeds.
