Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.

Finely chop the garlic. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic briefly.

Add the shrimp and cherry tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.

Add the passata and season with Italian herbs, pepper, and salt.

Then toss through the pasta and heat through.

Transfer the pasta to a plate and garnish with some fresh parsley, if desired.
