1. General
By signing up for a weight loss program through the website www.vi-lifestyle.com (hereinafter: "the website") through referral or otherwise, and if your registration is processed, you enter into a treatment agreement (hereinafter: "the agreement") with:

Hereinafter referred to as "Vi Lifestyle," "we," or "us."
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the agreement. Additionally, the agreement includes our privacy statement. These terms and conditions apply to the weight loss programs and the offers we make.
3. Registration
You can register for the weight loss program by filling out a form on the website, calling, or emailing hello@vi-lifestyle.com. Your registration will be assessed by a medical team. We reserve the right to refuse registrations, for example, for medical reasons. Such refusal does not entitle you to compensation or any other reimbursement for the refusal of the assignment.
4. Offers
All offers we make are non-binding, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. If an offer is valid for a limited time or under specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer will include a complete and accurate description of the product offered and the associated prices. If we make a mistake and list the wrong price, it will be at our expense, unless the mistake was so obvious that you should have understood it. In that case, the offer does not bind us. Any images and specific details in the offer are for indication only and cannot be a basis for any compensation or dissolution of the agreement. Delivery times in our quotes are indicative and do not entitle you to cancellation or compensation if exceeded, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Offers or quotes do not automatically apply to reorders.
5. The Weight Loss Program
The weight loss programs we offer consist of a combination of injections, nutritional advice, and personal medical (online) guidance from a medical team, including a doctor and nurses. We will guide you in following the program and may offer a tailored approach. The program uses GLP-1 injections. These injections come from various suppliers and are provided by pharmacies we work with. We emphasize that these injections are prescription medicines that can only be prescribed by a doctor. You should be informed about the risks and side effects by our medical team. Depending on availability, the participant’s medical condition, and the weight loss goal, the medical team will advise on the most suitable medicine.
6. Your Obligations
You must provide us with accurate (medical) information at all times. Before starting treatment, you must discuss any illnesses, medication use, or other circumstances that may be relevant to the execution of the treatment with the doctor. You must inform us as soon as possible about any changes in your (health) situation.
7. Price and Payment
The price for the weight loss program is listed on our website. You must pay the price before the program starts or on a monthly basis. On the website, you indicate how you wish to pay. Payment can be made via direct debit, iDEAL, or credit card. Confirming participation in the program also creates a payment obligation. If you do not fulfill the payment obligation (in full), after being reminded of the late payment and given a 14-day period to fulfill your payment obligations, you will owe statutory interest on the overdue amount if payment is not made within these 14 days. In this case, we are also entitled to charge you for any extrajudicial collection costs incurred.
8. Modifications to the Agreement
If, during the execution of the agreement, it appears that the agreement needs to be modified or supplemented with other treatment programs and/or components and you agree to this, you are obligated to reimburse the additional costs according to the agreed rate. We are not obliged to comply with your request for modification or supplementation. We may require a separate agreement for additional work. If a fixed price has been agreed for the service, we will inform you of the additional costs or financial consequences of the extra work. If a fixed price has been agreed for certain work, and performing that work leads to additional tasks that could not reasonably be considered included in the fixed price, or if the price needs to be increased due to incorrect data provided by you that are relevant for price determination (unless we should have discovered the inaccuracy of the data before setting the price), we are entitled to charge these costs to you after consulting with you.
8.1a Cancellations After Consultation and Order Placement
If a customer cancels their order after attending a consultation, the following cancellation policy applies:
If the cancellation occurs before the medication has been shipped, a cancellation fee of €250 will be charged:
- €120 for the consultation
- €75 for prescription issuance
- €55 for pharmacy and administrative services
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have reviewed and approved the refund request.
8.1b Cancellations After Direct Purchase via Screening Form
If a customer cancels their order after purchasing directly through the screening form, the following cancellation policy applies:
If the cancellation occurs before the medication has been shipped, a cancellation fee of €130 will be charged:
- €75 for prescription issuance
- €55 for pharmacy and administrative services
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have reviewed and approved the refund request.
8.2 Cancellation After Medication is Shipped
If the order is canceled after the medication has been delivered, no refund will be provided.
According to health inspection guidelines, once delivered, medications cannot be returned. For this reason, medications are exempt from the statutory return policy, and no exceptions can be made.
9. Provision and Availability
Vi Lifestyle collaborates with the following pharmacies: Thuis Apotheek, Nationaal Apotheek, Stevens Apotheek, Lairesse Ziekenhuis Pharmacy, and Medstone. The medicines that are part of the weight loss program are offered and delivered to you by the pharmacy. You will receive instructions on administering the injections from the pharmacy. The pharmacy can only supply medicines if they are in stock. If the medicines are not in stock, the pharmacy will notify you.
10. Reselling Injections
You are not authorized to resell or give injections to third parties. Reselling is not permitted. The injections are solely for personal use.
11. Waiver of Legal Cooling-Off Period and Right of Withdrawal
If you register for a weight loss program via our website and your registration is processed, accepted, and you pay for the program, you explicitly consent to the immediate execution of the weight loss program. You thereby waive the legal cooling-off period and the right of withdrawal.
12. Stopping the Program
You can stop the program at any time. Ordered injections and/or other components of the weight loss program must be paid for. The pharmacy does not accept returns of injections. If you decide to end the program, you must destroy any remaining injections. Even in this situation, you are obligated to pay for the full amount of injections taken.
13. Liability
If an event occurs that leads to Vi Lifestyle’s liability, such liability is limited to the amount covered by Vi Lifestyle’s liability insurance. However, we are not liable if, at the time the event occurs, you are in default of fulfilling any obligation to us, including but not limited to not fully providing information to Vi Lifestyle. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of the prescribed medicines and the content of leaflets.
14. Privacy and Data Retention
We need your data when we make you an offer or you order a weight loss program from us, use our services, or contact us. We handle your personal data with care. What we do with your personal data and why we need it is outlined in our privacy statement. The data you provide to us in connection with the services we provide will be retained for 20 years in accordance with the requirements of Article 7:454 BW.
15. Intellectual Property and Fair Use of Our Services and Products
Our weight loss programs may be subject to intellectual property rights. These rights belong to us or our licensors. All information provided on our website and in the execution of our services and products is intended for personal use. Without our prior written consent, it is not permitted to reproduce (copy), forward, or make available to others the information we provide. This means, among other things, that you may not share the information in such a way that someone else can effectively use our services (or part of them) or products without entering into an agreement with us. The trade name and word and image marks "Vi Lifestyle" are our property. Without our written consent, it is not permitted to use this trade name and mark.
16. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to this agreement and these general terms and conditions. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) is expressly excluded. We may unilaterally change these general terms and conditions. The most current version can be found on the website.
17. Complaints and Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the service, the formation, and/or execution of the treatment agreement with Vi Lifestyle, you should report these complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks after the reason for the complaint arises. Complaints can be reported via hello@vi-lifestyle.nl. Complaints related to the care we provide will be handled according to our complaints procedure. The complaints procedure can be found on our website. If our complaints officer does not handle your complaint to your satisfaction, you may submit a dispute to the Disputes Committee erisietsmisgegaan.nl, of which we are a member. All other disputes arising from or related to the agreement between Vi Lifestyle and you will be settled by the competent court in The Hague.
18. Program Results
We do not guarantee a specific result from the weight loss programs. It is possible that you may not achieve the desired result.
19. Refund Policy for No Weight Loss
Refunds are applicable only to the cost of the first month of participation in the program. A client is eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:
- No Weight Loss: The client must not have experienced any weight loss within 45 days of starting the treatment, regardless of the type of medication used.
- Completion of Check-In Forms: The client must have completed all required check-in forms fully and on time (within the same week the check-in was sent) over the 45-day period. This amounts to 6 forms (one form every 7 days).
- Check-Ins: The client must participate in scheduled check-ins with our healthcare professionals to discuss progress and verify the provided information.
- Additional Verification Measures: The client may be asked to provide additional medical information or a statement from their doctor to confirm their weight and adherence to the treatment plan. All submitted information will be checked for consistency and accuracy.
- Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the 45-day period.
- Decision Authority: The decision on whether to grant a refund rests solely with VI LIFESTYLE B.V., based on the provided and verified information.
20.Referral Program
The following terms apply to the referral (your friend, family, etc...):
- Discount code is usable only once
- You cannot refer someone who is already in the program (referral code applicable on first time orders only)
- This discount code is only usable by the referral not the referrer
- Each referral code generated is €150 off the purchase price of any subscription
The following terms apply to the referrer (you):
- Once we confirmed that your referral has purchased we will send you (i.e. referrer) your own personal discount code (that you can use) to your registered email account
- Each referral you make is €150 off a future purchase of any subscription (you will need to claim this in the referral portal or contact us directly)
- If you refer multiple people contact us via email and we will send you a new code that combines the total referral amount (i.e. if you refer 3 people you get a €450 discount)
- Discount code is usable only once
- Discount code is only useable by you
21. Shipping and Payment for Shipments
- We offer two payment options for the program: a one-time payment or monthly payments.
- Customers who opt for a monthly payment plan or the 1-month program will be charged for each individual shipment. Customers who choose a one-time payment will not be charged for shipping costs.
- The number of shipments may vary depending on the medication and the program duration selected. The cost per shipment is €17.50. This fee covers the special medical shipment and pharmacy processing fees.
- The shipping fee will be deducted once the shipment or prescription has been confirmed by the pharmacy (i.e., when it is ready to be shipped or has already been sent).
- Customers are eligible for refunds of the shipping fee only if the shipment has been cancelled before it is sent.
22. Post-Purchase Screening
22.1 Screening Requirement
Certain customers may be required to complete a post-purchase screening process to confirm their eligibility for the program. The need for screening is determined based on internal checks at the time of purchase.
22.2 Screening Process and Outcomes
a. Customers requiring screening will be redirected to complete a post-purchase screening form immediately after purchase.
b. The screening form must be completed accurately and fully within 7 days of purchase to allow the determination of eligibility for the program.
c. There are three possible outcomes of the screening process:
- Eligible: Customers who pass the screening will proceed with the program, and treatment will commence as planned.
- Ineligible: Customers deemed ineligible will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price. However, delays in completing the screening form may result in service costs being deducted from the refund amount.
- Consult Required: Customers may be asked to schedule a medical consultation to finalize their eligibility.
22.3 Customer Responsibilities
a. Customers must complete the screening form within 7 days of purchase. Failure to complete the form within this time frame may result in service costs being deducted from any possible refunds or cancellations of the program.
b. Customers must provide truthful and accurate medical information during the screening process. Providing false or incomplete information may lead to the termination of the program without refund.
22.4 Refund Policy for Screening Cancellations
a. Customers deemed ineligible through the screening process are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable service costs incurred due to delays in completing the screening process.
b. Customers who wish to cancel their order after purchase may only be eligible for a partial refund, as outlined in Section 11 (Waiver of Legal Cooling-Off Period and Right of Withdrawal) and Section 12 (Stopping the Program).
c. Refund amounts for cancellations initiated by the customer will reflect the stage of the process completed and are at the sole discretion of Vi Lifestyle.
22.5 Consultation Appointments
a. If a consultation is required, the customer must schedule the appointment within 14 days of notification.
b. Failure to schedule or attend the consultation may result in program suspension or cancellation, and any applicable refunds will be determined as outlined in 22.4.
22.6 Policy Updates
Vi Lifestyle reserves the right to modify the post-purchase screening process and related policies at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes that could impact their eligibility or participation in the program.
22.7 Additional Requirements for the German Market
a. Customers in Germany have the option to either schedule a medical consultation or complete a self-screening form to determine their eligibility for the weight loss program.
b. If a customer chooses to complete the self-screening form, our medical staff must conduct an additional call or video consultation before a prescription is issued.
c. If, during the additional consultation, the customer is found to be ineligible for the program, they will be refunded according to the refund terms outlined in Section 8 (Modifications to the Agreement and Cancellations) and Section 22.4 (Refund Policy for Screening Cancellations).
d. If the customer is deemed eligible after the consultation, the prescription will be issued and sent to one of our pharmacies for processing.
23. Billing Schedule for Monthly Payment Option
23.1 Payment ScheduleFor customers who choose the monthly payment option, the billing schedule is as follows:
- Initial Payment: Due at the time of purchase.
- Second Payment (t+21): Due 21 days after the initial payment.
- Subsequent Payments: From the second payment onwards, billing occurs on a 4-week (28-day) cycle, as each shipment of medication covers a 4-week period.
23.2 Payment Requirement for ShipmentsTo ensure the continuation of the weight loss program and timely medication shipments, customers must complete each scheduled payment before their next shipment is processed. If a payment is not successfully completed:
- Vi Lifestyle reserves the right to postpone or cancel the upcoming shipment or the entire program.
- The program will not continue until the due payment is received.
- Customers who fail to make a payment may be referred to a collection agency as outlined in Section 7 (Price and Payment).
- Any missed payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs as per Section 7.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment method is valid and that payments are completed on time to avoid disruptions in their treatment schedule.
Consent Form for Weight Loss Treatment
This digital informed consent form has been designed to inform you about the weight loss treatment you are considering at Vi-Care NL, including the potential risks and benefits. It ensures that you can make an informed decision regarding your participation in this program.
Consent for Data Sharing
I hereby give Vi-Care NL permission to collect, use, and share my personal health information with relevant medical professionals and/or health services as needed for my treatment and care. I understand that this information will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Information on Weight Loss Injections
I understand that the weight loss treatment at Vi-Care NL involves administering self-injections intended to promote weight loss. I have been informed about the self-injection procedure, its function, potential benefits, and the associated risks, including but not limited to side effects such as injection site irritation, nausea, headaches, and possible long-term effects that may not yet be fully understood.
Risks and Benefits
I understand that there are risks associated with the weight loss treatment at Vi-Care NL, and not all risks may be known in advance. I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the treatment and its related risks and feel sufficiently informed.
Confirmation and Consent
I confirm that all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction and that I have been given adequate time to consider my participation. By checking this box, I indicate that I have read, understood, and agree to participate in the weight loss treatment, including the collection and sharing of my data as described above. By submitting this form, I confirm my consent to the weight loss treatment and the related terms outlined in this document.
Consent for Data Sharing via the National Exchange Point (LSP)
I give Vi-Care NL permission to make my personal health information available through the National Exchange Point (LSP), allowing healthcare providers, including my pharmacy, to access this information if necessary for my treatment and care. I understand that sharing this information via the LSP enables healthcare providers to obtain a more complete view of my medical history and current health status, which may be crucial for effective treatment.
I am aware that this information will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy laws, and only authorized healthcare providers will have access to my data through the LSP.
